YEAR OF MANUFACTURE: 2022-2023
DESCRIPTION:
The project included traffic interventions in central streets of the city of Kos, with the aim of increasing road safety at high-risk junctions.
Specifically, it was foreseen:
- the construction of a new F400 and F315 cross section rainwater network
- the construction of a new dividing island of traffic lanes
- local extensions of sidewalks and bike lanes
- the scraping of the old asphalt carpet and the laying of a new asphalt traffic layer
- the placement of vertical and horizontal markings
- the planting of islands and sidewalks with trees, shrubs and grass
