MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD AXIS TO LETHRA LIVADIAS TILOS ON THE ISLAND OF TILOS

DESCRIPTION:
The project included the restoration and improvement of the functionality of an existing municipal road, in order to prevent serious risks for the safety of passing pedestrians and vehicles. The tasks performed were the following:
- Construction of a lined triangular rainwater drainage ditch, made of reinforced concrete, along its entire length.
- Construction of a reinforced concrete retaining wall, along its entire length, and lining it with natural Tilos stone
- Installation of vehicle interception systems (S.A.O.) along its entire length.
- Road surface improvement through the construction of leveling asphalt
layer and asphalt traffic layer - Delineation of the existing road.
For the production and laying of hot mix asphalt, the privately owned mobile site production complex for hot mix asphalt was transported and installed on the project site, for the first time in the history of our company.
